unfair legal charges from Pretor Group

my name is Kenneth Netshimbupfe, I am an owner of property in Pretoria Sunnyside which is managed by Pretor Group and I have defaulted on the Levy account due to some financial strain on my side <br> On May when they send me the levy statement it was reflecting that I owe R27 834.08 which in June I deposited R30 000 to Pretor Group account to settle my account and I called pretor to request that they give me the letter to send to ITC so that I can update my profile to my surprise pretor said I still owe them R8 492.40 legal fees to me or my understanding this feels like a daily light ******* , I believe that Pretor Group should have included those charges or fees in the statement that they were sending me every months so that I could have been aware but not surprise me with another ridiculous amount after I have thought I have settled my debt , I feel I am being taken for a ride or regarded as a cash by the Pretor Group.
