Mismanagement of funds including tenant deposits, gross ********* and dishonest practices, poor management of property, poor governance practices, grossly inefficient, lack of professionalism, total disregard for owners or tenants, the only consideration is profiting fully from the tenants and owners, gross disregard for safety or well-being of tenants, no adequate screening of tenants, abusing authority, bullying, ********** practices, severely damaging properties and not restoring the properties in the condition it was handed over to them, not returning owners property such as keys etc, poor business ethics and practices, ruthless practices, not taking responsibility for anything, a don't care attitude, ************ managing agent, miscommunication, providing untruthful information, totally ***********, malicious and deliberately frustrating and wearing down owners and tenants to evade any responsibility. No owner or tenant is advised to use their services. Such a managing agent should never be allowed to be in the industry. An absolute disappointment. The regulator should investigate them and put an end to this. Unsuspecting owners and tenants should not be allowed to experience such services.
