Turning a blind eye to homeowners' problems

I have had ********** service from this company. I have lodged five complaints against my unbearably noisy and inconsiderate neighbours, but have had no help or direction as to how I can remedy the situation. I am a homeowner and pay through my ears in levies and rates and taxes, yet I am forced to endure and uncomfortable living situation while my body corporate just turns a blind eye. I will not leave this situation here.
