The worst rentak agency.

Is it even allowed to get your deposit back without seeing the Quotation, Pretor is the worst.. A week ago we received a quote (damages) from Pretor, the quote was wrong, because there were things that were included in that quote, that were not damaged by us.. They acknowledged their mistakes and promised to get back at us with a new adjusted quote.. To cut the long story short, they just transferred money into our accounts, without any explanation or show us figures on how they calculated everything. Infact the amount they deducted from our deposit is the same amount from the wrong quote.. Pretor is just exploiting people.. *******!! Save yourself and never do business with them!!!! Taking people for a ride!!
