Terrible service from Pretor Group

I vacated the premises I rented from PretorGroup on 30 June 2022 after having given over 2 months notice. Received a letter setting our the procedure of 2 April 2022 stating that my deposit would be paid back within THREE WEEKS.

Today marked three weeks (21 days to be excact) no deposit has been paid to me. Nobody responds to my emails. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE.
