Stay away from Mastroosberg Equestria estate, Pretoria east It’s not managed well by Pretor

I’ve stay is numerous complexes within Equestria Estate but this was the worst experience ever. My daughter is not well due to bullying trauma and is seen as a special needs child. Accident 1. The neighbours came into my yard and recorded my daughter without my consent and Pretor told me there’s nothing they can do about it nor did they fine them. I had to take the matter to court because she’s under aged and even if something happened with her they should’ve called the security or police but the neighbours took matters into their own hands which is ********. Pretor did absolutely nothing!!!! 2. Now you sit with Nieghbour’s who call the security for any sound or movement which is patty without Pretor doing proper investigation, you receive unnecessary fines. No warnings or questioning nothing just fines. 3. When I renewed my contract I handed all the documents into by the support office and clearly indicated that we having a small dog on the form. No one at Pretor upon submission give me additional forms nothing nor called me relating to the matter. So we lived, few months down the line here I receive notice of a fine and the requesting that the dog be removed because it’s barking non stop. I asked them to prove it because it’s a lie, they send a report whereby a complainant indicated that the dog was left alone for 7 days without water!…. I told them that it’s all lies because if you check the security system you would see we were at home every single day, so the complainant is lying! Then with regards to to pet registration the trustees didn’t approve but they didn’t send nor say anything to me how must I do their work for them . So when I proved that I did hand in the paperwork which clearly states one small pet, they requested that I submit additional documentation of which I wasn’t given in the first and I immediately filled it out. Then I received a email your submission is declined because the dog barks continuously. We are being harassed, false accusations and victimised. My daughter has been through so much and now I they want to ********ly remove her pet which she uses as therapy for recovery! How heartless and evil does this get! That is a pet free complex, people have so many dogs in that complex big and small. I have videos of dogs walking freely and without tags and barking loud but we can’t be this patty… seriously a small puppy for a small traumatised recovery child! No sies you should be ashamed and when I ask for the trustee’s contacts or email they refuse because I know somewhere there’s lies being told!! The agent is not even helping me because the work together and I was told by my agent “you guys always think you privileged”! Yes they all don’t have any humanity because it’s not their kid! It’s disgusting and appalling the manner in which clients are treated. Clearly this has become a personal attack. I wild forward my complaints to CSOS immediately then ******** charges as well in defaming my character. Because clearly Preto believes and is standing by a lying complainant instead of proper investigation and reporting.
