Stay away

Very bad service. Paying them every month, but don't get any issues ressolved from them. Been struggling over a year to get my water damage issue ressolved at my house. There has been 4 contractors to look at my problem and been no way forward. I fell while being pregnant, my wood furniture is getting damaged and my property value is down the drain. Would not recommend anyone buying a property where pretor is invloved and if I see a beautiful house and there is mention of Pretor I am running away no matter how nice the house is.
