Pretor Unprofessional, biased and unable to manage a complex properly

OH HOW I WISH I COULD ADD ALL MY SCREENSHOTS to do the explaining instead of having to rage type. I have been dealing with Pretor due to them managing our complex which they dont do properly. Pretor seems to be selective on which rules and with who they will apply the rules. I would supply all details and they will come back with a unacceptable answer after which I will take time and reply with a sensible comment and insert our rules from our complex and then no reply is given. at this stage it seems like it is a racial matter as myself and my neighbor(both different races) have noticed this and that only CERTAIN people get corrected. When we moved in at this complex more than 2 years ago it was a beautiful lovely complex where everyone abide to the rules and we were proud of living there. Now everything has gone backwards and it is dirty and messy and people do just what they want but the rules only get app**** in certain instances, I think it is absolute disgusting. i reported a guy as well that is not abiding to the rules and this actually caused me injuries at the time and nothing was done. I will now post all emails from myself and them online and on social media to warn complexes and people if nothing improves. I do have evidence as my husband parked somewhere out of someones way but still not a parking cause the parkings were full and we paid and excepted our fine and went on but the complaints we have handed in are of same nature and worse but nothing gets done. First we were told to supply them with photos and the unit number and all because our complaints were not enough and then later we did all they asked for and sent it through and we were told our complaints are not valid and I went and gave them rules out of our complex rules in a mail and still nothing has been done and it is months later.
