Pretor tenant service is trash

I enlisted the services of Pretor to find me a client under a management deal. The agent found me a tenant however, the contract they make you sign has no information of the financials. I later found out that they take 1800 for "Registration" and the agent takes 800 for commission and their monthly amount they take is not worth the services they provide. the deal was so shady and i was lead along not knowing im dealing with *********. I asked for a cancellation of the deal as i dont find value in it, the person im dealing with doesnt answer my emails and her rate of response is very slow. im not sure if its a race thing or now i must envolve lawyer for a simple cancellation for which the contract has a clause on. Pretor please please, can you cancel my contract with you coz i am not happy
