Pretor services is horrible.

I am based in Mooikloof ridge estate and I am so unhappy with the Pretor group. I also realized they have many complaints on Hello Peter with the same as I do but they obviously do not reply to people. The portfolio manager being Juanita Paul does not reply to emails and you have to follow up countless times before someone respond but they never respond to what we need help with.

They refuse to provide me with a transaction of my pin requests for access. All they are good for is to send me emails of invoices. I will be involving my legal team and also the body corporate.
