Pretor property management is disappointing!!

If I ever use Pretor to manage my property again!, it will be too soon. So inhale been living in the UK for the past 2 years and I trusted Pretor to manage my flat when I was gone. Through out this period, I had to be the one asking for information ie, inspection results etc. Things according to the contract I signed with them they had to make available to me on a regular basis without waiting for me to ask for them. Strangely though, when it was time for the tenant's rental to be reviewed they always communicated why I shouldn't increase the rent, because the tenant behaved well, way before the the review date. So this was a relationship where my needs as the owner were not taken care of, and the tenant's prioritised. Fast forward to today. I haven't had rental income for 2 months because the previous tenant would not take a 5% increase that I asked Pretor to include in the contract in 2017, which I doubt they did. The tenant left my place in a mess and Pretor, 6 weeks later has still not fixed the property, using the previous tenant's deposit. Which does not surprise me that they haven't found a new tenant. Oh and now, they are marketing my place for an amount that is less than what the previous tenant was paying. I am gravely disappointed at Pretor. And would advise anyone to consider using other Real Estate agents to manage their properties
