Pretor Poor service

I don 't usually give bad reviews but unfortunately I have nothing good to say about Pretor. They are ineffective, inefficient and definitely not customer-centered. If you are the unfortunate position to have to deal with this company. Furthermore, they take days to answer their emails and are very unhelpful. If you ask them for assistance they do the absolute bare minimum. Difficult to get hold of and poor customer service. After 10 days i still don't have answer.
