Pretor? More like Pathetic and ***********!

Pretor has the most *********** staff that do not have the ability to respond to emails or answer phone calls.

I currently reside in a complex where Pretor is the managing agent. Our security boom gate has not been operational since October last year. To date (March 2024), I have been constantly asking for feedback with no response. This is the most unprofessional, *********** and useless managing agent I've ever dealt with. They should be taken to task.
