What ever you do avoid this pathetic company, We rented from them and were forced to remove the prev tenant ourselves 3 days after we were told we could move in, we got approval for our dogs and were constantly threatened with the SPCA. They have broke their side of the contract more than once. They send us an electricity bill on the 15th of a month and if you short pay with just R1 they threaten to cut of your power. They charged us inspection fees where we received none, they charged cleaning fees where we received none. They charged us to replace a door that was damaged before we moved in. They kept saying my deposit has been returned but here I am 22days after moving out and still received nothing (against the law) they constantly break the law and count on the fact that we cant afford a layer and a court case. They keep going back on their word regardless of what email proof you have such as they send me an email regarding ITC checks and amounts due and when you pay they change the amounts and go and charge a dept collection fee the day after. When we moved in we were without an oven for 4months. I can go on and on but the bottom line is that Pretor estates is ******* pathetic company and needs to be brought down by the law. Melissa Makoni was my agent she was downright horrible with feedback and reliable information. Don't let this company ruin your life and if you work with them be sure to have a lawyer.
