Pretor increasing rent every month

<p>I am due for an annual increase on the 1st of May aseem it states in my lease agreement Pretor wants to increase it again with R500 in June and another R500 in July and even a higher increase in August they didn't mention how much. I gave the two months notice to vacate and they told me they will hold me liable for 3 months rental and other penalties. This is so ******** and Shaun Williams told me I do whatever I want they have lawyers. </p> <p> </p> <p>This company cannot be trusted I sent the manager countless emails she doesn't respond her name is Wilma. I don't have money for lawyers, how can I get out of this contract?</p>
