Pretor group - STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM

I have recently sold my house in a complex run by the *********** Pretor. My transfer attorney has sent a mail that I owe Pretor R 1207 for a clearance certificate on my levies. I was told by the attorneys that there is not much I can do as this is standard practice.

My levies are only R 1700 and every month we get a statement reflecting the amount owed, paid and outstanding. How can you expect someone to pay R1207 to issue a simple clearance certificate.

Furthermore if the send a letter to you to address any issues they charge R 247.50.

The staff answering concerns we send them are surely and rude.

We as owners employ the to run the estate and all they do is rip us off and treat us like we work for them.

I have never dealt with a ****tier company in my life!!!

I highly recommend that if you are using them for your estate, GET RID OF THEM.

I have lodged a complaint to the CSOS.

Not surprising that they have numerous complaints about Pretor as does Hellopeter
