Pretor Group not treating clients fairly.

I'm quite unpleased and dissatisfied with Pretor Group. A company that suddenly sends letters of demand without prior communication and disclosures. How did we get to letters of demand. It's very crucial to ensure transperency to clients, that is the first form of the treat a client fairly principles. I have just paid something I never knew about as I never want my credibility to be tarnished. I'm Really unpleased. It's a pity that our entire complex is unhappy with their service but we are stuck with them. Service is key. Clients should be respected and be treated fairly.
