Pretor Group - Mandate

The Pretor Group deserves a star which is in the minus. My geyser burst and damage was caused to my room. I had endless problems with the contractor appointed by Pretor. The contractor had to re-do the work as a result of their poor workmanship. Pretor was copied in in all the emails with the contractor and myself. It was a very un-pleasant time. During this time Pretor iwas completely silent. I had to make co-payments which is no problem. However no informatiion was forthcoming from Pretor. I enquired via email to Pretor about payment that I was required to make.. No response to my question in my email was received. My levy account for Octobe 2020 reflected the correct levy amount. No futher amounts was added to my levy account. The debit order went off from my bank account which included the co-payments. This is an assumption as I do not have any statement from Pretor of the co-payments to be made. I question the legality of their actions as I do believe they over stepoed their mandate by deducting from my bank account more than they should have ie not providing me with a statement of the co-paynent whlch I was respibsible for.
