Pretor Group Lack Of Communication Nonsense

Today marks 3 day without access to Dstv at Southern Tower Flat, managed by Pretor Group, no one has said anything to us the residents, it's a normal day, when u call them they tell you they are waiting for feedback from the technician that was send over a day ago, now how do we handle the situation, what frustrates us is the lack of communication from them. I mean In your sober mind how do you wait for feedback from over a day ago and still sit on top of your brain and wait for feedback from technician, that is absurd!
