Pretor group is useless!!!!

I am a tenant at one of pretor group properties in St George terenure Kempton Park, we have experienced the worst kind of treatment from them during our very short stay within the premises, they are known for Incompetency, negligence, and have no remorse what so ever towards the very same people that feed their company. We recently moved into the place a month ago and to our arrival all our electrical appliances were fairly new and in good condition, there were electrical faults in this newly developed complex since we arrived, our electricity kept on tripping due to the main DB box being faulty, we reported and reported and reported, and were never taken seriously, our landlord who now also had to keep paying for electricians, which she never even called as this is part of the properties problem, eventually our decoder & TV exploded due to all these trippings from the main DB box outside, we sat through our 21days of lockdown without any form of entertainment, imagine now our frustration of being indoors with no TV during lockdown ... While at it, the plot thickens, the property manager Emmanuel Mashamba, refused to reimburse our damaged TV & decoder, stating it is not their responsibility, they are only responsible for what happens outside, when the very same common property issues created the mess inside our property that we now sit with. While all this is happening, the cable from the DB box has permanently burnt out and we had to sit without electricity for the past 5days into the extension of of the lockdown period.. We are waiting to be assisted and we are frustrated and can no longer tolerate this struggle that we are put through by inconsiderate people! Pretor Group in Pretoria you are useless!
