Pretor Group is as useless as it gets when it comes to body corporates.

They are the worst people you can ever ask to manage your estate! If you get a chance and can choose, stay very, very far away from these people! The level of uselessness with their portfolio managers and the rest of the staff is unrivaled; I pay every month without fail but cannot get the bare minimum of help or services from them. All they know to do is collect money and do none of what they are meant to do.

I am even going to sell my place just so I don't have to deal with these people any more.
