The body corporate of Terrace View needs to wake up. replace Pretor before the complex is run into the ground. Look at the amount of negative reviews concerning Pretor. They have lost touch with the residents. They claim they send reminders concerning levies, which they don't. Body Corporates be aware of the negative effect Pretor brings as managing agents. They start debt collecting processes which attract additional fees, not in line with their "debt collection process" but the process was not followed. Pretor's system is not in line with their processes as published. They cost the residents a lot of money not complying with the guidelines and mandates set by the Body Corporate.
