PRETOR GROUP DONT CARE FOR TENANTS SAFETY!!!

I am disgusted, upset, mad as hell...my rights as a tenant has been violated by Pretor Group, i moved in their premises at Southern Towers in June 2019, i was told its a safe place and all the ****, on the 24th November 2019 a person who has a copy of my keys walked in during my sleep and took work laptop, cellphones and other items, and locked after helping themselves,i opened a case at SAPS and i tried to contact the care taker and he eas nowhere to be found, he ignored my calls for a week and i could not find him, after a week i bumped into him i tols him what happened and he told me hes not a security guard and that he is a care taker from 8am-4pm and told me to raise my issues with pretor, mind you what happed to me happened to a lady staying on the other floor, i went to meet with portfolio manager for pretor and he said they will come change the locks, almost two months later they are have been taking me from east to west with lame excuses, i cant sleep at night and i cant leave for holidays because am scared they will take my stuff, i contacted them via emails and they would sometimes ignore my emails, i need answers as to why does someone has copy of my keys, i need my units locks changed and they seem not care for my safety or whatsoever, #PRETOR GROUP MUST FALL!!!!!!
