Pretor Group Charging me monies that I don't know for my levies

I have received two statements which reflect two different amounts and I have always been charged bogus amounts. I received a statement for July to day on the 25th of June and I don't understand. I have been charged 600 extra on my payment every month and I don't know what I am paying for.
