PRETOR GROUP BODY CORPORATE IS AN EVIL MONEY MAKING SCHEME!!

I would like to WARN everyone out there against the PRETOR GROUP body corporate which took over from Huurkor last year December 2022 at Villa Grigio complex in Centurion. Dont rent or buy in a complex that involves this body corporate!The security of the complex is poor, and is appointed by them, we as tenants dont feel safe in that place. and they dont maintain the building at all. I sent them emails about their leaking roof and draining pipes that dont work. everytime when it rains the water stands in the corridors which is a hazard for us. its not yet fixed since then till now!!! and every month they send you a ridiculous statement!!

The worst part is they are overcharging us for rates.You cant call them and enquire about your statement or anything else for that matter, because they charge you for calling them and also sending you emails. how then are you supposed to communicate with them? Even when you tell them about breakages in the complex they charge you for just contacting them????

I have been with many body corporates and this one has to be the WORST!! THE ARE RIPPING US OFF AND KNOW THAT WE WILL KEEP QUIET. I am tired of being EXPLOITED! Someone must investigate them. They are EVIL and they dont even serve us as their clients!!
