Pretor group

Good day people, I'm having a problem with pretor group in wonderpark estates north of pretoria, I had a dispute with their debt collectors which Is a law firm, I settled the rediculous amount they charged me, I owed R2500 or so but ended up paying R14000, now when I thought the nightmare is over and I have a surplus of R300 due to me cos I was paying more so that I can pay less end Dec, then today I view my statement, then I got the shock of my life, here is the how the statement looks like. 01-11-2018 Balance Brought Forward 479.06 25-10-2018 Payment Received - 700.00 01-12-2018 Community Schemes Levy 2.42 2.42 01-12-2018 Administrative Levy 621.00 621.00 01-12-2018 Reserve Fund Levy 58.00 58.00 01-12-2018 Special Levy 1 504.00 1 504.00 Total 2 185.42 0.00 TOTAL AMOUNT DUE 1 964.48 have not received any communication or whatsoever from them they just increase levies and add reserve levies without any communication from them. I need help on how I can go about resolving this issue. Thank you!
