Pretor Estates incompetence on steroids

I have asked these guys to administer my flats and they have failed me for far too long they. I have given them a benefit of doubt but they constantly fail me. They are *********** and just bad. Imagine losing 35K of rental and being asked to then get a lawyer to recoup it. They cannot even do inspection and they lie that they have done it after the tenant leaves they want you to maintain the property which have been dilapidated by tenants. It is just a mess. They however get their share in the rental. It is about time they get their act together!
