Pretor breached contract without consultation

1. Complex of 12 units is a Reg Co. - HOA/MOI<br> 2. No AGM held 2014 / no Budget approved 2014/2015<br> 3. According to M/Agreemnt increase only valid if budget approved at AGM<br> \Remuneration shall be that as stated in the budget as approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company"<br> 4. M/Agent increase our premium to their minimum fee (R1821 to R2670 - 2015 Budget was not agreed to at AGM<br> 5. M/Agent backdated the previous premium increase to March 2014 yet no AGM was held nor budget approved<br> 6. M/Agent effected a Bridging finance to cover deficit caused by them (R10 000 plus +-R1200 monthly admin fee)<br> 7. Bridging Finance arranged through the Managing Agents Financial Services<br> <br> ALL this without ANY consultation with directors of the HOA.<br> <br> They terminated their services because I lost trust in them and they agreed to pay 50% back. They were in breach of our contract and therefore should have paid 100% back. Now they wont hand over vital documents to new M/Agent as they say we owe them +-R4100"
