Pretor

I had a problem in the complex I reside in. The caretaker sent me to Pretor. Pretor sent me to the caretaker. The portfolio manager at Pretor did not reply to my emails, when I called him, he was of no use. They do not follow their own protocol/rules!. Complaint letters fell on deaf ears- however I was expected to follow the rules and pay them. The caretaker and president of the body corp was also waiting on Pretors response for the issue. They are quick to take money and demand it, but slow (or absent rather) to respond to issues in properties they manage. All they do well is email levy statements.
