Poor Service and Looking to Take your Money

Difficult to get hold of and poor customer service. Earlier in the year it was such a struggle to get someone to help me when I didn't have hot water for over 2 weeks and eventually had to find the problem myself at the geyser outside the apartment. Everything is just about making more money out of you. Now that I am at the moving out process, it is difficult and everything comes at an extra cost. I don't recommend.
