Poor service and arrogance Pretor Estates

I was contacted today by a person called Bonnie in the most aggressive manner. She showed no respect for me as a client and this speaks of poor client relationship management. I see Pretor prouds themselves of being around for many years. This behaviour is typical of someone that has not made the transition to progressive business practices and surely tarnishes your brand and nice stories you reflect on your website. i will surely advise persons not to engage with Pretor Estates if they are in any manner involved in rentals or administration. Just a pitty you can not contact any of the seniorr managers.
