POOR SERVICE

Had the worst experience and the lady that helps is ready to answer than listen to your problems. i moved in a unit on the 2nd October 2021. They came for inspection and i told them of the things that need attention. Even today nothing has been done. When i tell them let me fix those things coz i have a son some are dangerous on my son. nothing has been done its been almost two months now. I moved in an apartment and there was an electric meter already, like everyone i bought electricity on that meter. only to find that its not impact meter's. Now impact meter also billed me although i bought electricity on that meter. i did what any person could have done i have a kid my kid depends on formula. when i brought it up with them. things were turned against me like you were told not to buy the electricity and mind you i know nothing about this things and on the other hand in simple terms we were supposed to sleep in the dark and my son was not suppose to eat or have formula. I did what any person would have done.
