PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A BODY CORPORATE!!!!!

We have had our unit for 12 years now in President Steyn Mews. The most recent extremely poor service we have received from Pretor is with regards to our geyser issue along with their plumbing "expert". Apparently it is too unsafe for Plumb Ambulance to get into the shaft which was developed per standard where the geysers are in to replace a burst geyser. And Pretor is continually refusing to give feedback regarding the process. So if you consider to buy a sectional title unit please first find out if Pretor is the managing agent. THEN DONT BUY THERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!
