Optic Fibre/DSTV Connection

I have heard the worst experience living in a property managed by Pretor Group. They signed a contractor for maintaining the Optic Fibre infrastructure for internet and DSTV called Up-Linx Technologies. A contractor they have been wanting services from since the 17th January 2019 to help with my DSTV connection. It is seven days now Pretor cannot even get hold of the contractor apparently their telephone number does not work. Now who appoints a service provider like that?

The portfolio manager Angelique Takacs does not even know what is the jurisdiction for maintenance of the infrastructure installed she does not have a clue which equipment is the responsibility of the body corporate or the property owner nor the terms of reference for such regulations.

This is a shame.
