Only care about collecting levies and not about the clients

I bought a unit at Hereford Estate and moved in end of April 2020. Unit 355. I started having issues with the water pressure early February of which I sent e-mails to find out who needs to assist me. To date, I still have not received any assistance and water pressure is still an issue.
