No Service Delivery But Will Take Your Money

Pretor Group service delivery is non-existence to their clients. The Groups AGM processes not transparent, discriminatory on race grounds and **********. My complex has been requesting a meeting to discuss the unfair decisions that Pretor made in the absence of the majority of the body corporate due to Pretor's failure to meet the agreement and poor communication. The request for rectification was made in 2019 but Pretor has ignored the owners until today (14/10/2020).

I advise everyone to never appoint Pretor as their estate managing agent because all they care about is making their payments and largely lacks when it comes to listening to their clients, maintenance, addressing issues raid and their staff is ***********.
