NO HELP FROM ESTELLE AT PRETOR PRETORIA

Hi

We are struggling to get any help from Estelle from Pretor, we are still waiting for feedback on a query logged with HER on the 28 April. We called again today, left several messages, our prepaid meter does not work, she just simply ignore us. I am so dissapointed, we need to be in the dark tonight as we cannot load the token. I have asked for a urgent call back, i even send her 2 WhatsApp's on which she does not even respond. I am so disappointed, she is fast to send threatening letters, for a remote that we did not even broke, we got it as is, now we have to pay for it. I am still waiting from DECEMBER 2021 for them to install my oven, nothing is being done, they just want money and don't care about the tenants. So discusting.
