NO ACCURATE EXPLANATION!

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>Regarding my invoices. I want to enquire about the debt collection fees I'm being charged. I have never once missed a payment and I have always been early and on time to pay. I refuse to pay for the debt collection and admin fees. Why are u charging me unnecessary fees? What for? I'm going to take this to hello Peter if you do not sort this out and refund me for the past year. I want a credit. I also want a recon of my account because you are not allocating payments properly and charging me unnecessary fees.</p> <p>I want a response urgently as this is just unacceptable.
