Maintenance issues.

I want to raise an issue about Pretor Group... For the past few months since i moved in one of their properties, Pretor has failed us ..they have failed to send their maintenance people to come and fix some things at our rented place, i have tried so hard to communicate with them and let them know but it looks like my complaint is being ignored..i have so many things that need to be fixed but its clear they do not care..some employees just lack a communication s****, i was given Linah Ndlhovu s contact details the rental manager herself, to have a discussion with her regarding any maintenance matters, i am doing exactly that but Linah yena doesn't go the extra mile to communicate with me..she is the manager but shes failing the client here..i am seriously not happy with this.. what a poor service.
