Issue of big ants outside my unit not attended

This body corporate is the worst, they lack humanity and a sense of urgency.

I have reported and issue at my unit because their big ants that are coming inside my house and all I got was unfortunately we will deal with the issue when we receive quotes.

When does obtaining a quotation take two days, I pay my rates and have never missed but when I am supposed to be treated right nothing happens.

This body corporate is full of nonsense, I am not sure if I am not prioritized because of my skin colour, it's really complete nonsense.
