INCORRECT BILLING. STILL NOT SORTED

I have been having a query since January 2013 with a company , actually two companies : HB Property Management (rental agency) and Pretor Group. HB Property Management- Contact : ***. <br> <br> I have tried to contact Managers, trustees and consultants to investigate an invoice raised on my account , for a damage they cannot prove. But each time I have asked for feedback , I have been advised they are investigating. Unfortunately now, they have handed over the account to the Attorneys and are holding my renting Deposit , because I have advised I am moving out of the premises that I rented.<br> Query:<br> <br> o On 04/01/2013, my brother had come to my house as he was busy fixing my car.
