Inappropriate deceit

I am writing to express my concern regarding several unresolved matters:

Levy Increase There appears to be an unexpected increase in the monthly levy from R1,325.96 to R1,806.20. I have not received any prior notification, explanation, or supporting documentation regarding this increase. Kindly provide clarity on the reason for this adjustment and when it was implemented.

Internet Services Charges It has come to my attention that the internet service charges have effectively doubled without any notice, approval, or acknowledgment from my side. Please clarify the reason for this change, and provide details of the service being billed.

Waterproofing Issues & Follow-up I am still awaiting feedback regarding the waterproofing matter raised in April 2025. Despite follow-ups, I have not received any updates or confirmation of a scheduled appointment for the report and remedial work. This issue remains unresolved and continues to cause concern due to the ongoing interior damage.

For reference, please see the email sent on 1 April 2025 requesting an appointment schedule with the service provider.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to the above matters and a formal response as soon as possible.
