Inappropriate deceit

Tumelo Mokoena has altered Peach orchard body corporate authorisation mandate discreetly with pensioner Gloria Wepener whilst she is holidaying in Australia for three months hence the trustees have been ommited from making and being involved in the daily activities, services to the 78 units as this defeats the purpose whilst owners appointed them in the AGM. Gloria utilises the trustees rather blames them for a decision she takes solely by herself this is bullying and harassment as well have the same issues last year between trustees and ex chairman lady that were tenants being jealous and *****y it has cost the owners R16000 to R20000 unnecessarily as Pretor has given approval to external HR consultant as many are fight for caretakers position which they cannot fulfill as half the time they are residents abroad don't have the skills and we need to prevent this from happening again as having brought this to Tumelo Mokoena attention he conveniently blamed his predecessor last year is he going to do the same this year pass the buck hence have launched the query with relevant authorities for their expertise again as I have notified them of maintenance as required by the insurance to prevent resultant damages to all 78 units as I have reported to NHBRC and now again to the PPRA and csos. Many like Gloria immigrating refuse to repair the back fall that smells at their units, valves for the mains, water proofing, they need to make all contracts transparent before they depart instead of leaving 78 units in a lurch with unknown changes they have made discreetly between Tumelo Mokoena from Pretor and Chair lady Gloria Wepener as trustees unable to approve or donor get inundated on anything within the complex yet they get blamed for having made relevant decisions as this came to light when Gloria approved and has preferential treatment for different units as she discriminates against pets whilst some are larger she send letters via Pretor secretary and than blaming trustees whilst they have no knowledge. We don't know nor does the trustees also the contract she has signed with new garden services there is no transparency hence we don't want to face the same as last the same with waterproofing whereby we have provided Gloria with defects as she was here at unit to view and omitted many units in the repair list where cracks and bubbles are visible. 78 units that pay levies within which the dampness tester and printer has been sold and the funds thereof has not been paid back very concerning as we need to ensure the matter at hand is death with professional instead of passing the buck.

Hi Mahomed

Thank you for the email received below.

Please note there’s no need to hold an SGM to approve an quotation. The AGM minutes are also very vague as to what needs to happen in this case in terms of how the owners can approve this quote.

My predecessor made a huge blunder by not specifying this on the minutes. The solutions that I suggest is that a mail should be sent to all the owners so they can approve this.

Kind Regards,

Tumelo Mokoena
