Inappropriate Deceit

We are 78 units in peach orchard whereby each of 78 units pay levies monthly. Each unit should receive transparency regarding contractors this includes the garden contract ( amounts and years) from the chairman/ lady and trustees via body corporate. We had a painting project where there is flaws, glitches, hiccups, that is cracks visible. We have notified the trustees and the chair lady Gloria mentioned to contact Tumelo at Pretor. To my surprise all other units are being repaired whilst we have not been placed on list despite having notified Gloria previously.In so doing Tumelo mentioned to Gloria we should instead contact the contractor ourselves. whilst we have no direct contact with contractor since inception hence we request transparency from Inception knowing full well Pretor and chair lady Gloria will pass the buck on to us as is evident experienced today. Hence we request all transparent contracts with current garden services as well as required by all owners paying levies before you immigrate as your property is in the market too and you currently in Australia also not available whilst we need to contact the contractors directly hence we the 78 unit holders require transparency from Inception Peach orchard owners of 78 units should not be deceived as all units should be listed and waterproofing for each unit should be checked as the insurance company will not pay out due to lack of maintenance. The Body corporate has purchased dampness tester with our 78 units contributions it should be returned by the previous trustees also reported with CSOS again we have the same issues with new and will not be bul**** again. Bare in mind most of you are selling up your properties and living abroad. Before you do so ensure waterproofing, backfall, valves and all other latent or patent flaws if not repaired should be disclosed in your property condition report.
