Inappropriate deceit
Have raised various concerns regarding my unit with Tumelo Mokoena and Monique Van Wyk @ Pretor since inception with dampness and recurring issues and again same 11 April 2023 as being deceived by trustees that are non owners managing estate. Despite the exhorbitent painting project dampness still visible internally despite having repaired this several times already.Abusing the owners funds utilising cheapest labour without qualifications having tampered with plumbing taps, loss of water for weeks despite bringing to attention of the body corporate group and pretor have been ignored have since consulted media as suddenly they have since responded 3 months later. Have notified them of the petty cash being abused they than term the workmanship essentially free on 11th April 2023. Not received the petty cash statements and receipts since noticed abuse of the body corporate funds. After noticing the above shoddy services managed by the trustees that are pensioners standing on ladders in shafts with not being employed as no notice to owners, no health and safety and no workmanship compensation whom is responsible for injuries should an elderly pensioner/trustee collapse from 20 meters heights and not able to repair taps on ground level let alone electrical works. After having presented Tumelo @ Pretor with relevant information they have since passed the buck asking rhetorical questions whilst person in contravention is in the picture. No idea what's happening in the said complex only the trustees change their colour scheme of security gates whilst in breach of the uniform rules and the welcome pack received since 2018 from pretor instead of trustees being examplary! When having reported to pretor on 11 Th April 2023 they have since rep**** now only on 28 July 2023 and tagged this allegations suddenly instead condonation.
Instead of a working day hence the above demand cannot be fulfilled and not withstanding these allegations within which to ascertain and verify with financials to date as we as owners pay levies and Csos levy hence daily cash flow statement and petty cash usage with vouchers to date need to be supp**** to us timeously especially where there is abuse of funds with cheap labour, to electrical and plumbing by tenants that are trustees also chairman. yet they have issued a reply yesterday after 3 months since my query in April not providing the evidence is condonation as we presented you with all the pictures and the contraventions from Chairman and the trustees.
