High water bills in Lombardy Meander bad after sales service

The Pretor body corporate ignoring complaints from us tenants in Lombardy meander where there are high water bills. No geysers were installed inside units but they did a water pump for the whole complex. This is causing exorbitant bills which seem randomly shared to tenants. stay away from pretor
