Arrogance of property administrators and entitlement to misuse tenant deposits is shocking. Getting arrogance responses such as “the matter is finalised,case closed.” From simply demanding transparency on questionable acts is beyond disgusting. Imagine being charged 1,7 for the replacement of one window mind you not even a window that’s broken but just cracked and 200 for a shower curtain that’s not even a 150 at most shops. First they take 2 full weeks claiming to be getting different quotations to fix the window next they decide oh let’s go for someone who will charge a 425 call out fee and 450 for a ladder for a building that’s not even tall beyond normal ladder height for contractors that are actually qualified. You’d swear she hired a brother so she could take the money home. I am absolutely disgusted by the greed displayed in the return of my deposit.
