Extremely poor management

When I started staying at Grand west estate there was a CARWASH, LAUNDRY and BRAAI STAND around the yard which was good idea for the tenants...

CARWASH, LAUNDRY and BRAAI were removed to a point whereby a CARWASH & LAUNDRY were transform into a unit that is exactly next to the PEDESTRIAN gate that is forever broken(Where is human dignity in terms of safety?)

Pretor is a complete failure together with their management especially the PMs... Appointing ***** suppliers in the name of looting, PM create an invoice and approve it himself, etc. As a previous TRUSTEE I last year I discovered a lot of FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT..

*Am in a process of engaging CSOS,PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN and HOUSING
