Dissatisfaction of Pretor Group

We are very dissatisfied with the service we've received. We have contacted them on issues we have with our apartment lots of times and they never get back to us on anything. They make promises that they don't keep and we have not reveived any assistance from them. They treat us like children when we have questions.
