Dishonest and *******

Received a call from a personal calling herself Doret, demanding rental payments for a company called Chariaan Beleggings for a premises in Blyde Center Jonkmanspruit Hoedspruit. She was extremely rude and unsavory during the conversation. The worst person I ever had the misfortune to liaise with. It materialized that Pretor has no connection with the Lessee or Lessor as the lease agreement was signed between the parties with no leasing agent ever being involved, and certainly not Pretor. The question thus is, did she act in her own interest claiming that is was on behalf of Pretor, which is dishonest and most probably *******. The manner in which she handled herself during the conversation is hopefully not the way that she treats fellow employees or your clients for that matter of which you are reliant to earn income. I require a written explanation from Pretor with regard to this matter and also a copy of the lease agreement she referred to between Chariaan Beleggins and Tondomanzi Pty Ltd. I expect/demand a letter of apology for her behavior in a 3rd party matter in which neither she nor Pretor is a party, claiming that she acts on behalf of Pretor.
